Shipping & Delivery
» Delivery time is dependent on the destination pin code.
» Orders are usually delivered within 3-10 working days after confirmation.
» Items are dispatched within 1-10 working days depending on the product.
» In case of some unavailability or unavoidable situations, delivery may get delayed. We would ensure earliest delivery in such cases.
» We associate with courier companies such as Bluedart, Delhivery, Expressbees, and Ecom Express, also EKart, to facilitate deliveries. Delays on the part of the courier service are beyond our control; however, we will certainly keep a close watch on and try to get such matters resolved at the earliest.
Shipping Charges
»Rs. 99 shipping fee for prepaid orders below Rs. 1,000 within India.
»Free shipping for prepaid orders above Rs. 1,000.
»Cash on delivery charges are Rs. 99. An advance payment of Rs. 200 is required before COD orders are shipped, which will not be refunded.
Replacements & Exchanges
To be eligible for a replacement or exchange:
»Request to be raised via email at support@waytofuture.in within 48 hours of receiving the order.
»Product packaging, labels, and tags must remain intact.
»Video of unboxing to be provided as proof.
»Raise the exchange request within 2 days of delivery of the parcel. Also, the products should be in unused condition and original packaging.
»Exchanges are processed only after the product is received and inspected at our warehouse.
»If a defective/damaged product is to be returned and we are not able to provide a replacement, then refund store credit will be provided. The time taken to process a refund is 7 to 10 working days.
»Shipping charges will not be refunded.
»Refunds against cancellation of prepaid orders or abandoned carts will be processed to the same source within 7-10 working days.
»Return shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
» Your entire cart must only contain items eligible for Cash on Delivery.
» Make the payment before opening the package.
» Do not accept orders with tampered packaging.
» Credit/debit cards are not accepted for COD payments.
»COD cannot be considered an option for any kind of personalized item.
Damaged Products
In the unlikely event that you receive damaged products, please provide the following within 48 hours of delivery so we can process the replacement of or store credit for your order:
»Photos and unedited unboxing videos.
»Product descriptions and other relevant material.
Refund Policy
No refund will be provided for the following cases:
»Change of mind after receipt of item.
»The product matches its description and specifications.
»Personalized or made-to-order products.
»Personal Care, Skincare, and Mugs/Sippers due to hygiene concerns.
Eligible Refunds
»Automatic refunds on undelivered orders post 45 days
»Prepaid orders canceled after dispatch
»Shipping charges would be deducted
»Damaged products in transit
»Evidence and quality check would be required
»Customer-requested replacements or exchanges
»Return shipping charges to be borne by the customer
Cancellations
»Full refund provided if a cancellation is made before shipping.
»Rs. 130, the prepaid shipment charges, will be deducted for those orders cancelled after shipping.
»Way to Future reserves the right to cancel orders without explanation. It ensures, however that communication regarding cancellations or refunds is effectively carried out.
Returns
» Returns are not accepted except in cases of manufacturing defects, which have to be reported within 1 day of receipt.
» Return of merchandise is allowed only if it is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
» Items that are non-returnable include perishable goods, items of an intimate or sanitary nature, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases.
» Partial refunds can be given on such basis as Opened items which are not in original condition and on damaged items.
» Refunds upon acceptance will be made to the payment method used within a certain period.

» Shipping times for returns/exchanges vary by location.
» We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for protection on items over Rs. 500—we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
